AI ADOPTION · PRODUCT OPERATIONS · CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Turning customer needs into AI products people can actually use.

I'm Aditi Nair — a customer success and product practitioner bringing nearly eight years of B2B SaaS, implementation and analytics experience into AI adoption and product work. I translate customer problems into practical product decisions, implementation plans and measurable experiences.

From customer signal to successful adoption.

My advantage is the bridge between customers and product teams: I can uncover the real need, shape a practical solution and help people use it successfully.

01

Turn customer conversations, workflow friction and performance data into focused use cases with a clear user benefit.

02

Translate needs into product clarity

Define personas, journeys, requirements, success measures and responsible-use boundaries that teams can act on.

03

Guide implementation and adoption

Coordinate stakeholders, configuration, enablement, QA and change management from decision through real-world use.

04

Communicate value with evidence

Use analytics, business reviews and ROI framing to explain performance, risks, trade-offs and practical next steps.

Amicus Vera

A calm AI companion and family-support experience for older adults.

I defined the problem, users, product principles, journeys, requirements, AI behaviour, decision boundaries, evaluation gates and roadmap — then built and published an interactive prototype and Version 0.2 product documentation.

Swiggy Delay Recovery

Reducing uncertainty before a delayed order becomes a trust failure.

I translated a familiar customer frustration into hypotheses, a disclosed 600-order scenario model, an intervention journey and a controlled experiment design with a 10% safety cap.

ABOUT ME

Curious by instinct.
Practical by experience.

My career has moved through software engineering, marketing and customer success. That path taught me to understand both the system and the person using it.

My focus is the adoption, customer and product side of AI: identifying useful opportunities, translating real needs into requirements, supporting implementation, enabling users and measuring value.

I'm strengthening my practical fluency in generative AI, prompt design and responsible AI through structured learning and hands-on portfolio work. My goal is to help useful AI solutions move from possibility to confident adoption.

How I position my work: I separate demonstrated work from untested outcomes. Amicus Vera is a public interactive prototype, and the Swiggy analysis uses a disclosed synthetic dataset; neither is presented as production or company-validated work.

Ownership and AI use: I independently developed the research, product decisions, analysis, prototypes and case-study narratives presented here. I used AI tools to support research structure, iteration, drafting and implementation; I reviewed and edited the outputs and remain responsible for every claim and decision.
